Privacy & Security

When processing your order, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption  which encrypts your order information into a highly difficult to decipher code to ensure our entire checkout process remains secure. 

We treat any information that we obtain extremely seriously. Therefore we do not provide our customer list to any outside sources. This includes our customers' e-mail addresses.

We are aware that all information our customers share with us are given solely because our customers trust us. That is a trust we have worked hard to earn and one that we are determined not to let down.

Ordering Process

Once you have submitted your order you will recieve an Order Confirmation email. If you do not recieve this e-mail within a day of placing your order then please contact us either via Phone or e-mail.

We generally ship all in stock merchandise within 1-3 days of the order being placed. As soon as your order has been shipped you will recieve a Shipment Completed email.

All U.S.A orders recieve a Free Tracking Number which can be used to track your shipment via USPS.com.

All retail U.S.A orders that exceed $75 are shipped free and all international orders that exceed $100 dollars ship free.

FAQ's

Q: How do I know my order was submitted successfully?

A: You will receive an order confirmation via email

 

Q: Why did I not receive an order confirmation via email?

A: 1 - Your email address was entered correctly.

2 - Your spam filter is not set to allow mail from customerservice@myheadcoverings.com -please add it.

3 - Your order was not placed successfully.

 

Q: I didn't receive an email confirmation what should I do?

A: Contact us at customerservice@myheadcoverings.com or by phone 732-363-1993

 

Q: How long will it take for me to recieve my package

A: See shipping and returns for estimated times of delivery

 

Q: Where can I track my package?

A: Copy the tracking number from the Order Shipped email and go to http://www.usps.com/. Click Track and Confirm on the left side and enter the tracking number. Click "Find" and see where your package is holding.

 

Q: USPS.com does not have any information regarding my package.

A: USPS is updated regularly. Check back later to see more infomation.

 

Q: My package never arrived. What should I do?

A: Once a package ships we no longer have control over it's delivery but we will assist in which ever way possible to try and help locate it.

Domestic: U.S. Packages all have tracking codes on them and if a package is not received within 14 business days we can open a claim to track it with the USPS. Please notify us between 10-14 days after shipping your order if your package has not arrived.

International: International Packages can sometimes take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on the location. Orders shipped Express come with insurance up to $100 and we will file a claim on your behalf if your Express shipped package is not received within 7 days of shipping.

Please note: If USPS.com notes your package as "delivered" we can not open any claim on your behalf. Check with your postal agent as soon as possibe to find out where the package is.

 

Q: I have Promo Code, where should I enter it?

A: During the checkout process there will be a point at which you will be asked to enter any coupon codes. If checking out with a credit card, it is before you get to the credit card screen. On paypal or google checkout, it is after you go through the paypal process and are brought back to this site.

 

Q: I am attempting to check out with Google Checkout and am unable to enter any promo code, why is that?

A: There are certain types of promo codes that are unable to work with Google Checkout. If you are having difficulty with this please email us at customerservice@myheadcoverings.com and we will refund you your discount.

 

Contest Rules

No individual can win a prize offered from MyHeadcoverings.com more then once a month.

Only an adult over the age of 18 is eligible to enter or win any contests from myheadcoverings.com 

If you win a prize from myheadcoverings.com we will make all attempts to contact you by e-mail as well as by phone if we have your phone number. A contestant shall have 48 hours to claim their prize if they do not do so MyHeadcoverings.com has the option of choosing a different winner.

Contestants agree to allow MyHeadcoverings.com to publicize their first name, last initial, as well as City or town of residence. To protect our customers privacy we will not publicize the full name of any winner unless express written permission is granted by the winner.
